This is a bit of fun - another little vintage garden scene but with a slight festive theme. We will be making an old fashioned washing line complete with washing, including Santa's long johns (can be removed), aged coal bunker, tub of washing and very simple landscaping. To complete, you will be given the option of adding snow if you wish to make this a permanent wintry garden. However, for anyone who may have previously made any of our other garden projects, you may want to omit the snow.

COST OF WORKSHOP

1/12th Scale Garden - £25.00 / 1/24th Scale Garden - £23.00

  • You will be given step by step guidance to help you create an innovative miniature garden scene, offered in either 1/12th scale or 1/24th scale.
  • The little scene will incorporate natural materials and a variety of techniques, the emphasis focussing on realism and nostalgia.
  • You will be shown how to construct a simple weathered coal bunker, washing line complete with washing, tub of laundry plus very simple landscaping. Also imitation snow will be included if one wished to make this scene wintry.
  • 1/12th scale garden base will measure 8" x 6" : 1/24th scale garden base will measure 4 1/2" x 3 1/2".
